To use access keys: Windows users press ALT + access key. Macintosh users press Control + access key.

Font Size: To increase or decrease text size… for Windows PC Control plus or Control minus, for Mac user Command plus or Command minus. Some browsers now have a zoom function which enlarges the page in the browser without altering the layout.

Standards compliance

1. Every effort has been made to provide good navigational aids or options for limited sight users or those using text only browser. The top of each page has a link to skip directly to the main content of the page, or a simplified site map.
2. Pages utilize an accessible navigation system, and we have provided a simplified navigation at the site map - access key 3.
3. We have limited use of alt tags on photos. We have kept contrast high on images and not put any important navigational information in images.
4. All pages include a search box or you can go to an advanced search by using the search page at access key 4.
5. Headlines are identified as H1, sub header are identified as H2.
6. We have used the ATRC accessibility checker, among others, to minimize user accessibility issues.
7. Pages pass an automatic check for Section 508 accessibility compliance.
8. Pages pass Level 1, and in our judgement Level 2 of WCAG guidelines for Internet Explorer 6.0
