Life Income and Estate Planning

A life income plan allows you to receive lifetime income for yourself or your loved ones while making a significant gift to the North Colorado Medical Center Foundation.

You will receive an immediate and substantial charitable tax deduction for a portion of the value of the assets donated, and, in addition, you may achieve significant savings in income, capital gain and estate taxes, while receiving investment diversification, and professional management. The Foundation offers several types of life income gift arrangements.
