The Greeley Country Club –

The NCMC Foundation hosted its annual golf tournament on Monday, June 14, 2010 at the Greeley Country Club. Nearly 200 golfers helped to raise more than $40,000 to benefit the Breast Center at NCMC. We wish to thank all of our generous sponsors and loyal volunteers for making this year's event a success.

The NCMC Breast Center was the first health care provider in northern Colorado to offer the latest in breast health technology: full-field digital mammography. With this state-of-the-art innovation, women can now benefit from less radiation exposure, shorter exam times and enhanced image clarity resulting in up to 28 percent more breast cancer detection. 

GREEN & TEE SPONSORS - $1,000

• Registration fees for four players (one team) including green and cart fees

• Reservations at the Awards Ceremony

• Commemorative hats and goodie bags for four players

• A sign located on a green or tee box

• Company name in the tournament awards program and on Foundation website

• Company name in post event ads in area newspaper

• Place an item of your choice into the golfer goodie bags (i.e. pens, sticky notes, sunscreen, etc.)

FAIRWAY SPONSORS - $500

• A sign located on the fairway (150 yard marker)

• Company name in the tournament awards program

• Company name in post event ads in area newspaper

• Place an item of your choice into the golfer goodie bags (i.e. pens, sticky notes, sunscreen, etc.)

• Name/logo on hats given to all golfers

TOWEL SPONSOR - $2,500 (One sponsorship opportunity)
