Family Connects

The NCMC Foundation’s Family Connects program has made a difference in the lives of thousands of families. By providing a variety of services, the Family Connects mission to increase the capacity of families to support the developmental needs of their young children is continually fulfilled. Through interactive activities and the knowledge of the Family Connects staff, parents are able to better address their children's developmental needs and are supported in the process of learning.

The services of the Family Connects program include Early Childhood Mental Health and Parents as Teachers Home Visitation. Each of these services is unique, providing a range of assistance to young children and their families. From referrals to services throughout the community, to interactive group experiences focusing on developmental growth and early literacy, Family Connects provides a comprehensive support system for families.
